To fish you need to get a fishing rod: You can buy these for $20,000 from the Odds N Ends shop in the Marketplace. Then you can get fishing with Ol James! Each time you fish it uses up a piece of bait, which is subtracted from your daily 'turns' (Also used for Search the Streets and hunting).

Fish gives you energy when you eat it. The fish 'value' is compared to using an energy refill for 50 crystals, depending on various crystal prices. You may need to lower your prices in the market, as eating fish for energy can be time consuming.
